About

Built by someone who has been on both sides of this.

Simply AI Solutions is led by Wendell Powell Jr., a shop-floor operator who builds automation for owners who do not have time to translate their business to a software team.

Why this exists

Small operators deserve systems that fit the floor.

A lot of automation advice comes from people who have never had to make the job ship, answer the status call, or explain why the quote took three days. That distance creates bad scope.

This company exists to shorten that distance. The work starts with the operation as it is: the spreadsheets, whiteboards, inboxes, phone calls, handoffs, and tools already in place.

Who we serve

Operators with enough process weight to feel the drag.

Small Manufacturing

Tube, metal, plastics, machined parts, and assemblies. 20–150 employees. Lives or dies on quote turnaround, scrap rate, and customer retention.

Repair Shops

Computer, electronics, and device repair. 2–12 employees. Constrained by how many tickets the front desk can handle before things fall apart.

Local Production Businesses

Print shops, custom fabricators, specialty trades, and process-heavy small businesses. 5–40 employees. 30% of team time spent on coordination instead of execution.

Bakeries / Production Kitchens

Bakeries, ghost kitchens, caterers, small-batch food producers. 3–25 employees. Balancing retail, wholesale, and special orders on thin margins.

IP-Sensitive Operators

Specialty manufacturers, defense subcontractors, R&D shops, medical device suppliers, and niche chemical or materials producers. 10–80 employees. Hold proprietary process knowledge or compliance obligations that make cloud AI a non-starter.

Principles

The rules are simple because trust is fragile.

Your data is yours.

No resale. No hidden training use. No account structure that traps you after the engagement.

The system should survive us.

If we disappear tomorrow, your business still runs. That affects tool choice, documentation, ownership, and handoff.

We publish real price ranges.

Your time is worth more than a long sales call just to find out whether the work is in range.

We would rather lose the deal.

If automation is not the right answer, if the scope is wrong, or if the budget does not match the problem, we will say so.

What we will not do

No black boxes. No false certainty.

  • We will not sell enterprise software you do not need.
  • We will not build systems you cannot own or maintain.
  • We will not resell client data.
  • We will not pretend automation is magic.

Bring the process that keeps costing you time.

If we are not the right fit, we will tell you in the first 20 minutes. If we are, the next step is a clear assessment and a fixed-scope plan.
